2021 has been an exciting year for local young artists Sarah, 7, as she wins her second art competition of the year with her artwork supporting our foodbank’s work.
For her entry into Disney’s Kindness Quest Competition, she drew a picture of her donating items to us, something she does every Friday.
Her colourful picture received praise from the judges, who said “Sarah produced a fantastic, colourful drawing and a wonderful explanation of her act of kindness.”

Earlier this year, Sarah was our under 8s winner in our New Year Art Competition for her drawing of ‘food jumping enthusiastically into Santa’s sack’. Her design, along with the winners from the 9+ category, will be made into Christmas Cards later in the year to help us raise vital funds to help support our work helping local people in crisis.
