Job title: Epping Forest Foodbank Operations Manager
Start date: Upon appointment (probation period of 6 months)
Salary: £28,000 – 32,000 pa (FTE) plus pension and life assurance
Hours: 1 FTE
Contract: Initial 2 years with view to extension
Annual Leave: 25 days plus Bank Holidays (FTE)
Line Manager: EFFB Director
Working hours: Specific days/hours to be discussed (across the distribution centre opening times, including at least 1 Saturday morning per month)
Interview: To be held on January 22nd.

Overview of role

• • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of EFFB
  • Managing and developing relationships with relevant organisations 
  • Encourage engagement within the local community with EFFB
  • Monitor operational standards within EFF
  • Encourage the development of the Christian ethos of EFFB
